I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although a bit dark and on the older side, were surprisingly well-maintained and comfortable. The service varied from not so helpful to exceptionally friendly and professional. The location was excellent, offering easy access to the subway and an array of nearby restaurants and shopping malls. The dining was satisfactory, especially with access to the hotel club lounge, but some refurbishments are needed. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
